What Does the Installation Warranty Cover?
Our Installation Warranty provides protection against faulty installation of your bath enclosures. If your bathtub or shower enclosures are found to have faulty workmanship or application within 2 years of installation, we’ll repair these issues at no additional cost to you.
Some of our products and services may even have a longer Installation Warranty. So please check your contract to determine the exact length of your warranty protection period.
Please note that the Installation Warranty doesn’t protect against:
- Product Defects
- Faulty Installation Found After the Two-Year Coverage Period
- Accidental Damage
- Damage by Misuse and Abuse of Product
- Improper Maintenance
It will be up to you to visually inspect your new tub or shower during installation and report any defects you notice at the time. Proper maintenance and care of your bath enclosure is also your responsibility.
